On a normal day It can hinder any progress where anything on that day is just acceptable, on good day's you can create and draw thing's you can be proud of, but one the bad days it is just as bad as when you started, nothing look's good and you feel like you haven't improved at all. and all the self doubt starts flowing through your head, Not good enough, This is bad, Why can't i do this. you think of all the bad thing's everyone who see's what you've made are saying and you feel like your drowning in anxiety making you regret even trying. scared, feeling lost and uncertain like it doesn't matter anymore
